Personal Data Protection Application

Requests regarding your rights under Article 11 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data can be submitted to our company using one of the methods described below, after completing the Application Form .

Requests via Email

After filling out and signing the Application Form, you can send an email to info@nowhairtime.com using the email address registered in our system. The subject of the email must state "Application under the Personal Data Protection Law."

Requests via Registered Mail, Notary, or In-Person Submission

After filling out and signing the Application Form, write "Application under the Personal Data Protection Law" on the envelope/notification and send it to FEVZİ ÇAKMAK MEŞE ÇIKMAZI 2 No:/33 PENDİK- İSTANBUL.

Identity verification is required for all requests.

Your requests will be responded to in writing or electronically, at your preference, as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the date we receive your request.

What Are Your Rights?

- Learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- Request information regarding the processing of your personal data if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used in accordance with that purpose,
- Learn the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, both domestically and internationally,
- Request correction if your personal data is incomplete or inaccurate, and request that the correction be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons for processing it have ceased to exist, even though it was processed in accordance with the law, and request that this action be communicated to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to a result that is exclusively based on automated processing of your personal data and that leads to a negative consequence for you,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer any harm due to unlawful processing of your personal data.
