Identity (name - surname), Contact (phone number, e-mail, country), Customer Transaction (message and requested transaction information), and your personal data in the Health Information categories are processed by our Company for the following purposes:
- Carrying out communication activities and creating appointment records
- Carrying out goods/service sales processes
- Providing and planning of health services
- Carrying out storage and archive activities
Your personal data is processed partially by automatic means. The data collection method, which may change over time, can be carried out completely by automatic means. Your personal data collected with the specified method is processed based on the legal reasons stated below:

Your personal data can be accessed by the software company that provides services to our company based on the legal reasons stated above, and is transferred within the framework of the necessary confidentiality provisions and the procedures and principles stipulated in the relevant legislation and in accordance with the conditions and purposes of transferring personal data specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
We take the necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure the appropriate level of security in order to prevent unlawful processing or access of personal data and to ensure the preservation of personal data. In addition, your personal data will be stored for the purposes specified in this Clarification Text and only for the legal period required by the relevant legislation.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, you can exercise your rights specified below:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed,
- To request information regarding your personal data if it has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
- To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, either domestically or abroad,
- To request correction of your personal data if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and that the processing made within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring processing are eliminated, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and requesting that the action taken within this scope be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- To object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- To request compensation in case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
